These entrepreneurial activities were honed building two new business lines at Cargill where Skip was Cargill's first "entrepreneur-in-residence" and in subsequent engagements with and for Värde Partners (Various), Oppidan (Woodland Hills), Conduit Capital (RuralWorks) and of course Linea Capital itself.
Driving new business development activities and special projects are directly aligned with our role as Strategic Financial Advisor in that most new growth strategies, especially those requiring significant capital expenditures, require capital to fund execution of the plan.
Functioning as a member of our client's management team, we are perfectly aligned with the interests of the owners, management and employees of our client. Our engagements are typically multi-year but we will consider project-based engagements when our value-add is obvious and material.
